It’s a parchment texture that I made myself, which I don’t seem to have anymore. I think I used my Grungy -n- Dirty brushes to achieve it, though.

@Donna: Not easily, no. You would need to do quite a bit of editing. Unless you didn’t care if it looked stretched, in which case you could just put the frame on its own layer and then use Edit > Transform > Scale to stretch it.

Hi, I have been using the Frames & Borders Brushes. I would like to elongate one of the frames to fit an odd shaped picture. Is there any way to do this? Thanks, Donna
