Follow the instructions that I link to in my sidebar – “Installing Brushes” will get you going, and show how to properly install them so they’ll show up. Make sure you restart your GIMP or refresh your brushes! What’s in that tutorial is all I can offer for help – I don’t use GIMP, sorry.

I have several of your brush packs now, and they’re all fantastic. Thanks for putting so much effort into them, and for being so generous with them. I’ve just got into PS/over my fear of PS and playing around with these brushes is awesome fun, as well as an interesting insight to how all those clever artists accomplish such funky effects in their work.

@Chris: And you’ve tried Wacom’s website? That’s where I’ve always got mine, whenever I had a problem. I’ve never tried Linux, though – so I’m not sure about all that. It’s certainly a bit harder to find stuff for a more secure OS though, eh? I wish you the best of luck with it, though!

nice brushes!

I’m trying to legitimise my operation and get into using Linux and GIMP but my bleedin WACOM tablet is screwed in Linux so I guess that noble venture has met an unseemly end at the hand of ugly gremlins.

You seem well clued up, got any really simple drivers you can point me to in order to get the pressure sensitivity working on my graphire4?

I was really starting to like LinuxUbuntu n all. ::sniff::

I am a long time artist but fairly new at Photoshop. I took a CS3 class last year and was learning with CS4 software! Uggh! What a nightmare that was! Never worked with Photoshop before then! So i really do appreciate your brushes and style to help me throught the tough spots. I am a Graphic Arts student and just getting to know the software is mind bending. I wouldn’t change it for the world though! I love a challenge and I love what I do!
