you have to go on start—->My computer—->Double click on Local Disk (C:)—->Program Files—->Gimp 2.0(or whatever version you have)—–>share—>Gimp—>2.0(or whatever version you have)—>Brushes….
AFTER YOU DOWNLOAD, OPEN IT, THEN DRAG THE ITEMS IN THE BRUSHES… THEN CLOSE GIMP, THEN REOPEN IT AGIAN… It works for me, HOPE THIS WILL HELP YOU….

@mango: Did you put it into your Presets > Brushes folder? Is it unzipped? If so, you’ll need to RESTART Photoshop, then it should show up among your other brushes.
