Do you WinZip that unzips rar files? This is a software that needs registration. If not first go to 7zip.com and download 7zip software which takes only less than 2mb of memory. It’s free.
Right Click on your file folder and go to 7zip then go to Extract here or Extract to folder you choose next when the process completes. Ignore that passwords in this case because there aren’t any in this case
Go to My Computer Drive >C> Program Files> GeGL >Gimp 2.0> share> Brushes drag your brushes apr.files into the window. That’s it!

@Dayna: A .rar file is another form of a compressed file, just like a ZIP file is. You can do a search for “how to open rar files” and find lots of free programs that’ll help you out. :)

I only have one question, and it’s about files (hopes someone can help)
I downloaded a GIMP brush and it was a rar. file. I can’t open it like a zip, so do I just put it onto GIMP?
