Candy Hearts Transparent PNGs

Yet another move under my belt for this military wife! Hope that everyone had a very happy holiday season, and is staying warm in this fairly nasty winter! I meant to get this set out a bit earlier, but some power outages from big snow storms had other things in mind for me. This is a set of candy hearts, as transparent PNGs. It can be used in any program that will support *.PNG files. (Photoshop, GIMP, PSP, and many more) These images are high resolution, running from about 1500×1500 all the way up to 2800×3300 or so @ 300 dpi.

Included are various groupings of candy Valentine’s Day hearts, most of them scattered but one design has them lined up.

To use them, it’s as easy as opening up the file and copy/pasting into your own design.

Christmas Vectors Photoshop & GIMP Brushes

This set of Photoshop & GIMP brushes is composed of various vectors of common Christmas stuff. Includes an angel, candy cane, dove, gift, gingerbread man, lots of holly, some christmas lights and some holly that work great as a border (you can link them up together), “Merry Christmas”, a few ornaments, a reindeer, santa, a snowman, a star, a stocking, some snowy swirls, and lots and lots of Christmas trees!

They are all extremely high resolution, with an average size of about 2200 pixels.

If you’re not sure how to get them to show up in more than one color, check out my “Multiple Colors with Brushes” Tutorial in the tutorials section.

Oh, and if you’re looking for snowflakes brushes (the vector flakes are also available as Illustrator Vectors, too!) …

Snowflake Vectors Photoshop & GIMP Brushes

Happy New Year!

Just wanted to let you all know that Obsidian Dawn’s releases might be a bit slower for a month or so. We’re relocating/moving in a few days (not the website, my house), and I’m not entirely sure when we’ll be settled in at the new place. Things should pick up again in February or so. Also, there will be no CDs available until that time, either. I just won’t have the time for it, sorry! Check back in February!

A set of Photoshop & GIMP brushes composed of various snowflake shapes, all as vectors. These are all very high resolution, about 2000 pixels in size.

These brushes are composed of various shapes of snowflakes. Some are perfectly symmetrical, some are more roughly hand “drawn” (much like those unique real flakes!).

Frost Photoshop & GIMP Brushes

A set of Photoshop & GIMP brushes composed of frost shapes. These come in several different types. First, you have a few icy and frosty frames to frame photos. Also included are some single frost shapes – the standard feathery shape. There are also some that are in the shape of lines, some swirly frost shapes, and some pre-made frost textures that you can just click once to create some frost. Lastly, we have lots of brushes that were made to paint the frost in textures. These are so easy to use, and you can use them to create your own wintery frost textures! (They are, in fact, what I used to create the textures brushes and the frost frames.)

No releases next week, as I’ll be out of town for Christmas. For those of you that know me or have been following my blog posts for a while, I just wanted to let you know that the hubby is back home from Iraq safely – and here to stay for at least a year! What a Christmas gift, eh?

School Dayz Sketches Photoshop & GIMP Brushes

A set of Photoshop & GIMP brushes composed of various school themed items. These were all drawn by hand! They are high resolution, with the average size being about 1800 pixels.

Includes a written out “1 2 3″ and “a b c”, an apple for the teacher, a backpack, some books, chalkboard, chalk and an eraser, crayons, desk, football, hopscotch design, lockers, lunchbox and thermos, pencil, ruler, school bus, seesaw, slide, swingset, and more!

Makeup & Face Sketches Photoshop & GIMP Brushes

A set of Photoshop & GIMP brushes composed of various sketches of bottles and tubes of various types of makeup. Also includes various facial elements (eyes, nose, lips), and makeup to go on them. For example, there is eyeshadow made to go on the sketched eyes, lipstick for lips, etc. These were all drawn by hand, and are high resolution. Average size is about 1900 pixels.

The bottles and tubes include lipstick, lip gloss, concealer, nail polish, various powders, eyeliner, pencils, etc.

Earth Friendly Vectors Photoshop & GIMP Brushes

A set of Photoshop & GIMP brushes composed of various vector shapes involving the earth and nature. Kind of a “green” set of brushes, if you will. Ecologically friendly, earth friendly… whatever you want to call it, these should help you represent it! These are all high resolution, and the average brush size is about 2000 pixels.

Includes various earth images (an earth inside a giant set of hands, nestled safely in a leaf, with a heart around it, inside a flower, next to some leaves, with a tree growing out of it, etc), flowers, 2 sets of grasses, several leaves, a leaf and a water drop, 2 regular recycling images, 1 water recycling image, and some trees!
