Terms of service

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the digital brush products ("Products") for personal and commercial projects. This license permits you to incorporate the Products into your original designs and artworks.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the Products in their original form, whether individually or as part of a bundle.

  • Use the Products as standalone elements in any product for sale, including but not limited to placing them on plain or transparent backgrounds and uploading to stock image sites.

  • Claim ownership or authorship of the unaltered Products.

3. Permitted Uses

You may:

  • Incorporate the Products into your own unique designs, artworks, or products for sale, provided that the Products are not the primary unaltered element.

  • Use the Products in digital or physical items for personal or commercial purposes, as long as they are part of a larger, original design.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Products remain the property of Obsidian Dawn. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the Products is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. Termination

Violation of these terms will result in the immediate termination of your license. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Products and destroy any copies in your possession.
