I have been looking for gem brushes for ever! These are perfect – hope to use them for clothes textures for Poser. Hope that is OK. Thank you very much.

I love these gems, however, I’m not sure how to color them. Can you explain how to get them to look nice like yours. I’m new to PSE 7. Thanks for your work. lisa
@Lisa: The way that I did it is the same as how I explain in my “Removing Transparency from Brushes” tutorial. Check my tutorials section for it!

@shaylawolf: Sorry, Shayla, but I know absolutely nothing at all about GIMP! Wish I could help, but I’m a Photoshop user. These brushes were made first and foremost for Photoshop, GIMP just added the functionality so they’ll work. And I’d rather make more resources for you guys rather than take all that time to learn a new program! Sorry I couldn’t help and good luck!
is ok .. *pouts* lol but mabe someone else has a clue how to do it on gimp and can tell me what im doin wrong.:o* ty any how

Hi there, I just chose a colour when I used the brush, and it didn’t look too bad – perhaps a bit washed out, but maybe I’m missing something. I hunted high and low but I couldn’t find the tutorial.

It’s in the “Tutorials” section, which is in the sidebar. But here’s the link:

It definitely will look better using this technique.

Hi there just wanted to give you a quick heads up. The text in your content seem to be running off the screen in Safari. I’m not sure if this is a format issue or something to do with web browser compatibility but I figured I’d post to let you know. The design and style look great though! Hope you get the problem resolved soon. Many thanks
Really? I use Safari every day, and I’m not seeing at all what you’re talking about. Perhaps it was a temporary issue, and not loading properly due to some kind of server issues?
If it’s still doing it for you, I’d appreciate a screenshot emailed to me! I’m using Safari 5.0.3 and it’s always looked just fine to me.
Thanks for letting me know!
