how to download yar plece tyell me fast

    • Stephanie says:

Click on “Download the brushes” if you want the brushes, or “Download the images” if you want the JPGs. That’s it. :P

If you mean how to install, though, there’s a link in my sidebar that explains it, as well as an FAQ that answers that question.

      Good luck!

How do I change the hair from black & white to color?

    • Stephanie says:

Check out my tutorial on multiple colors with brushes, or removing transparency from brushes. Those will both explain the basic premise behind adding color to this hair.

Basically, though, you’re using the hair on one layer in black and then coloring it on a layer beneath it. You can change the way the black layer blends with the layers beneath, too, if it’s blonde hair that you’re trying to accomplish, for example – that black won’t work very well. It’s a lot of trial and error, but that’s how I did it for the preview images. :)

      Good luck!

Thanks alot for these fantastic hair-brushes.
    They are really appreciated.
But how do I change the colour?

    • Stephanie says:

Follow the steps in my “Multiple Colors with Brushes” tutorial (in my tutorials section, you’ll find a link in my sidebar), and that’ll walk you through the basic steps that I used for the preview image here.

  6. viko says:

I have only photoshop 5.5 do you now where can i download photoshop 7 ???plzz tell me ??

    • Stephanie says:

It sounds like maybe you have Photoshop ELEMENTS 5.5? I don’t think there was a Photoshop 5.5. So, if it’s Photoshop Elements 5.5, you can use these.

Otherwise, your best bet is an internet search or contact Adobe to find a newer version.

  7. viko says:

No i bought the cd end it writes photoshop 5.5 i download all these brushes but it dosen’t work. can you tell me where did you download your photoshop ????

    • Stephanie says:

Photoshop is usually about $800 for the full program. I got mine from Adobe, but there’s other places that sell it, as well. Photoshop Elements is much cheaper, but only has some of the features that Photoshop has. Alternately, there’s GIMP, which is free. And these brushes will work for GIMP, as well.

You can grab GIMP here: http://www.gimp.org

  8. Tammy says:

How much does it cost to have the photoshop 7? or is it downloadable? thanks!

    • Stephanie says:

Photoshop is pretty expensive. Not sure what you could grab a copy of 7 for, since it’s so old. I don’t sell Photoshop, nor am I associated with Adobe, so your best bet is an internet search. If you can’t find a cheap Photoshop, you could always try Photoshop Elements, which these will also work with and is very similar (but much cheaper) to Photoshop, minus some of its features.

      Best of luck!

EVERYONE ASKING ABOUT BUYING PHOTOSHOP: you dont have to spend money to use photoshop, just go to adobes official website and you can download a free 30 day trial of photoshop!!…usually one of the newest versions!

  13. Bethany says:

Hey whenever i try to download these brushes an add comes up saying something bout having to register for “WinZip”? What is it?

    • Stephanie says:

Winzip is what you apparently have installed on your computer to extract files. Most things you download from the internet are “zipped” – it makes them smaller. Winzip will “unzip” them – but your computer should have an extraction utility that came with it, as well. You don’t need to use WinZip.

I can’t provide WinZip support, but I have a tutorial that explains how to unzip using Windows and Mac. There’s a link to it in my Installing Brushes tutorial – click on the button that says “How to Install” on this page, then follow those instructions, including the link to the page where I explain extracting/unzipping.

      Hope this helps!
