A set of Photoshop & GIMP brushes composed of various water shapes. Try various colors for these. Water is a tricky element with lots of lights and darks. Some were made to be used with white/light on a darker background and others were made to be dark on a white/light background.

@liv: A little more information on how it won’t work, and I can certainly help you get it working. :)
Do you have Photoshop 7 or higher? (Including all of the CS series) Or Photoshop Elements 2 or higher? Or GIMP 2.2.5 or higher? If you have one of those, the brushes should work for you. However,if you’re trying to use them in another program, you’ll need to download the image pack rather than the brushes and make them into brushes yourself.
Check out my “Installing Brushes” link in my sidebar, that’ll walk you through it. :)
Then let me know if you’re still having problems and what’s going wrong.
