I wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for inspiring me to be where l am today.

Back in 2008 or something, you ran a contest for creatively using the Gears brush set. I was just a teenager with a bootleg PS2 copy, learning how to use it with much difficulty, and somehow I entered and won 3rd place! You then mailed me a double CD with resources from your site.

I cried. It was the first thing I had earned with my digital work.

Today, I am a multimedia designer by profession, including video, special effects, 3D and game design, and all of that started from that 2CD pack, because at that moment, it clicked in me that I could also earn money doing digital art that I so enjoyed then and now.

Thank you for all your work and love. I would not be here today without that small contest which I won with my crappy design.
